PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT · 참여 약속
A clear promise
between us.
Share only your genuine experience. Make the relationship easy to notice using “Gifted by SAÉROU” or another clear disclosure, and tag @shopsaerou.
Keep unreleased collection images, prices, dates and private room information confidential until SAÉROU opens the chapter.
You grant SAÉROU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free 12-month license to repost approved content on our organic social channels, website and emails with credit. Paid advertising requires separate written approval.
If content includes a child, you confirm that you are the parent or authorized guardian and may grant permission for that content.
Without communication, SAÉROU may remove you from the list, cancel unshipped gifts, pause future access, or request the return of unused and unworn pieces using a prepaid return label. There is no automatic cash penalty.
This application records your participation agreement, but placement begins only after written acceptance from SAÉROU. Because contract requirements can vary by location, SAÉROU may provide final or updated terms before a package is confirmed.
